Rotary International Scholarships And Grants

The Rotary Club offers up to $25,000 worth of scholarship funds for one year of academic study, boarding, and other related expenses. It is one of the most prolonged and extensive private international study funding programs.

Students who qualify are referred to as cultural ambassadors and are to give presentations on their home culture while studying abroad and vice versa. These scholarships are awarded via local branches.

Tortuga Study Abroad Scholarship 

This scholarship is for students who wish to explore the world. Tortuga produces travel-size backpacks to make traveling much more accessible. The proceeds from their sales are used to fund student scholarships.

To qualify, you must be a U.S.A citizen, a permanent resident, or studying in the U.S. on a student visa. You also have to be a full-time undergraduate in good academic standing at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.

There are a lot of financial options for attending college. You must also apply to a study abroad program eligible for credit from your university or college. The grant award is $1000, and the application deadline is April 15th, 2023.

Diversity Abroad Overseas Ambassador Program 

This program offers $500 to successful applicants. Successful applicants become Diversity Abroad Overseas Ambassadors. Ambassadors must blog about their experiences with the Diversity Abroad Overseas community to inspire others.

To qualify, you must be a full-time undergraduate or recent graduate from an accredited university or college in the U.S.

It would help if you also had a minimum CGPA of 2.75. You must also be creative, energetic, and passionate about international engagements.

Ashley Soulé Conroy Foundation Scholarship 

This scholarship was founded to help students explore and interact with different people and cultures, as the family’s daughter has. You must be a U.S. citizen enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college; the award is $4000.

American Association Of University Women (AAUW) Funding & Awards

The American Association of University Women supports women who are pursuing a variety of graduate academic opportunities. The grants range from $2000 to $3000 to pursue community development, career development, and international projects.

Churchill Foundation Scholarship 

This scholarship is open to students who wish to pursue a master’s degree in mathematics, science, or engineering. It covers educational expenses for up to a year, depending on the academic program.

To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate at a participating university. The grant is for up to $60,000.

Global Access Initiative (GAIN) Travel Grant 

If you have been following the latest news, students who receive Pell Grants are guaranteed a GAIN travel grant. The GAIN travel grant helps offset outbound bills and return airfare to all CIEE program locations for eligible students. The franchise offers funds ranging from $500-$1000.
