We're going to have some fun on the River on Saturday. We'll be meeting at the footbridge for 1:30 but for those of you who don't know the way there a guide will be waiting for you at the Marks & Spencers on Union Street, simply look for the man with a ginger beard and moustache reading a book whilst leaning against the clydesdale bank beside M&S. He will be there between 12:45 and 1:20 so as to reach the main meeting place with time.
Hope to see you all there as we have a lot of fun things planned for the day :).

"Messing about on the River"
On a fine sunny day Aberdeen Against Austerity went down to cheer on the local university boat race sponsored by Aberdeen Asset. Aberdeen Asset are specialists in offshore banking for wealthy individuals and corporations, they are currently in tax court with HMRC about non payment of Income tax and National Insurance to the sum of £7million pounds.
We had a flash banner drop and a pleasant hand out of flyers and a short lecture via the medium of the megaphone. The tax shark unfortunately sank. Mr Vandal gave a lecture from the bridge as the brave rowing teams romped for home.
A fun day out was had by all and we even got some Tory voters who took our flyers.
Thanks to everyone who helped out and came along.
